| 摘 要： | “人类生活为什么需要宪法”、“人类生活需要什么样的宪法”、“如何通过宪法达到目的”构成了人类对宪法这一人为构建的元追问,并成为宪法学的元问题。对这三个元问题的回答在根本上又构成了对宪法的正当性的证明。宪法学因对元问题的回答和对宪法的正当性的证明而展示出它作为“宪法哲学”的面相。

| Abstract: | Why do people need constitution? What kinds of constitution do people need? And how to achieve one s purpose through constitution? These questions are the essential quest of constitution designed by the people and become the basic issue of constitution science. The reply to these questions is also the proof of constitution justification, and because of which, constitution science shows itself as a facet of constitution philosophy. |
