摘    要:清初,很多知识分子坚持民族气节,因痛恨清朝统治者削发为僧,以绘画避世山林,抒发愤慨和忧愁。作品不但有“元四家”那样的气韵超逸,抒发性灵,更有一股逸放不羁的个人风格,这类画家尤以“清四僧”为代表。

Abstract:In early Qing Dynasty there were many intellectuals of Han nationality who stuck to their own national integrity.As they hated the ruler of Man nationally bitterly they had a hairless hair-cut and became monks who lived a sequestered life by painting through which to express their anger and melancholy among the woods and mountains for nearly all their lives.All their paintings possessed not only the unconventionally graceful qualities offour masters in Yuan Dynasty whose works were to express their inherent character and mind also one kind of being vigorous and unrestrained personal character.And the four monks in Qing Dynasty were particularly famous for being the representatives of this kind of artists.
