| 摘 要： | 所谓的“大晟词派”，所追求的很难说就是“典雅”的风格；它也不能称为“格律”词派；周邦彦不能算作“大晟词派”的领袖。文章最后对“大晟词派”这一提法的合理性、必要性表示怀疑。
