| 摘 要： | 当前我国高等学校人力资源管理工作成绩不小．但问题也不少。要进一步提高高校人力资源管理水平,就必须着力构建高校人力资源管理新机制:构建高校内部相对完善的岗位序列体系;构建具有竞争力的薪酬体系;构建符合高校特点的绩效考核体系。
