广州从事阿拉伯语翻译工作的宁夏籍回族具有相当数量和规模，他们在沟通厂家和客户的过程中扮演着掮客的作用，其积累的经验为宁夏地区的社会和经济发展有益，政府应该在特色人才培养中制定相宜的政策，整合宁夏阿拉伯语教育资源，认可民。间办学，拓宽地域文化和经济发展渠道，实施人才扶贫战略。

The Mobility of the Talents of Hui Nationality and Their Adaptation to the City——A Field Study on Ningxia Arabic Interpreters in Guangzhou

There are quite a number of Ningxia Hui Muslim interpreters in Guangzhou city.They are commission merchants between all kinds of factories and foreign businessmen,most of whom come from Muslim areas such as Middle East,South and Southeast Asia,North and West Africa,etc.The interpreters' experience in business is helpful to Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region both in its social and economical development.The government should lay down appropriate policies and aggregate Arabic teaching resources in Ningxia for this special language study and authorize the Arabic schools to expand the ways of developing local cultures and economies,and eliminate the poverty in virtue of persons with special abilities.
