| 摘 要： | 利用历史统计数据,采用劳动力配置效应模型,对中国改革开放以来农业劳动力转移对农民增收和经济增长的贡献进行实证分析。研究表明,农业劳动力转移不仅促进了农民收入总量提高和收入结构优化,同时农业劳动力转移的配置效应对经济增长做出了重要贡献。最后,对中国农业劳动力转移的各种模式进行考察,并提出相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Using China's historical data and labor collocation model,this paper analyzes the contribution of agriculture surplus labor transferring to economic growth and peasantry income increasing since China's economic reform.We find that the transfer of agriculture labor to nonagricultural sector not only promote peasantry's income increasing and income structure optimizing,but also make great contribution to China's economic growth by resource collocation effect.At last,we review various agriculture labor transfer patterns and put forward relavent advices. |
