| 摘 要： | 尽管高校学报的生存面临着挑战，目前学报仍有着极强的生命力．高校学报不仅是教学科研成果宣传和交流的窗口，同时对提高教学科研人员的业务水平也起着非常重要的作用．然而，学报生存环境的恶化对学报质量的提高起着阻碍作用，应该引起重视．

| Abstract: | Although the existence of university journal is facing challenges, it has very strong vitality. University journal is not only a medium for publicizing and exchanging achievements of teaching and research with outsides, but it is very important for improving the levels of teaching and researching staff. However the environmental deterioration of the existence of university journal hinders the improvement of its quality, which should be paid much attention to. |
