| 摘 要： | 校企合作作为专业翻译硕士的一种培养模式，有利于提升学生的就业能力，有利于培养符合市场需求的专业人才。通过分析在校企合作条件下设置与市场接轨的课程、实施双导师制、建立实训基地的积极意义和优势所在，展现了这一培养模式以市场为导向、以技能为核心、兼顾学术性与实践性的教学特色。
