中国的地缘政治与安全战略

冷战结束以来,全球地缘政治与安全格局、亚洲地区的地缘政治与安全关系和中国周边的地缘政治与安全环境都发生了极大变化。中国实现了阶段性的和平崛起,显著改善了地缘政治与安全空间,但仍面临着各种复杂的挑战与威胁,包括美国的全球霸权扩张和对华战略围堵、亚太地区主要大国间的地缘政治对抗、与邻国的边界争端以及国内台独、藏独、疆独等分裂主义威胁。要进一步推进和平崛起,打造世界级强国,中国须全面规划以合作性参与为主导的地缘政治与安全战略。应致力于与美国霸权和谐相处,平衡发展大国关系,深化地区安全合作,妥善处理与邻国的领土和领海争端,化解潜在冲突,确保国家主权和领土完整,争取成为海上强国。
