泛长三角区域科技创新能力评价与比较研究

泛长三角区域科技创新能力评价由投入、产出、技术扩散与经济绩效、环境等四个方面构成。通过对泛长三角4省1市以及7个重要城市2009年的区域科技创新能力进行评价和比较,得出以下结论:(1)中心城市是科技创新资源和产出的集聚之处;(2)上海科技创新能力优势不够明显;(3)江浙两省科技创新能力显著增强;(4)安徽、江西两省科技创新能力还有待提高。
