| 摘 要： | 构建终身教育体系成为我国社会和教育发展的一项重要战略。在终身教育的背景下，高等教育的实然发展已日益显露弊端。因此，从教育理念、教育主体、教育过程到教育的外部环境等诸多方面对应然发展的追求就成了高等教育的必然趋势。
