新农村视域中农民利益表达机制的构建

农民是建设社会主义新农村的实践主体和最终受益者。深入推进社会主义新农村建设，关键就是要尊重农民的主体地位，充分实现农民的制度化利益表达。随着现代市场经济的发展，带来了农村社会转型和利益分化的加速，导致当前农民利益表达的现状呈现出一系列复杂的特征。立足于我国三农问题的客观实际，特别是市场经济条件下农民利益表达的现状，探究并预测农民利益表达的发展趋势，积极构建现代市场经济条件下实现农民利益表达的综合机制，是深入推进社会主义新农村的内在要求。

Building the Farmers'Interest Expression Mechanism in New Rural View

Farmers are the practice subject and, eventually, beneficiaries in the building of new socialist countryside. The key to promote the new socialist countryside construction is to respect the principal position of farmers and fully implement their institutionalized interest expression. The development of modern market economy has brought social restructuring in rural areas and accelerated social interest differentiation, resulting in the current complex status in farnlers＇ interest expression. It＇ s the internal request to boost the building of new socialist countryside that we, based on the objective reality of China＇ s ＂three rural＂ issue, esp. , on the current status of farmers＇ interest expression in market economy, explore and predict the developing tendency of the expression, and establish a comprehensive farmers＇ interest expression mechanism in modern market economy environment.
