大学公共外语教学中"听说读写"之关系纵横谈

摘    要:关于大学公共外语教学中"听说读写"4项技能的比例分配问题,似乎已有定论.即"听"领先,"写"殿后,笔者通过分析成人第二语言习得与儿童第一语言习得的差异性,试图建立"说",即口语表达能力的中心地位,以说来激发语言学习的积极性,并带动其他各项技能的发展.

Abstract:Concerning the arrangement of the four skillslistening ,speaking,reading and writing in order of importance in public college English teaching, people seem to have reached final conclusion that "listening" goes first and "writing" last. Through analyzing the difference between adults' second language acquisition and children's first language acquisition, the writer tends to establish the first place of "speaking",expecting to enhance the students' motive in English learning and spur them on to the development of the other three skills.
