略论无产阶级政党的现代化

无产阶级政党作为社会主义现代化运动的主导力量 ,其自身的现代化问题 ,在当代世界社会历史条件已经和正在发生巨大变化的情况下 ,变得愈益迫切和更加重要。无产阶级政党的现代化是一个全方位的问题 ,其主要内容和环节包括 :党的组织成分是变化扩展的 ;党的指导思想是变化发展的 ;党的组织原则和组织制度是不断发展完善的 ;执政党的领导方式或治国方略是变化发展的 ;等等。未来国际共产主义运动从低谷奋斗图存 ,到复兴发展 ,再现辉煌 ,将在一定程度上取决于无产阶级政党自身现代化的进程

Brief commentary of the modernization of proletarian parties

The modernization of proletarian political parties themselves, who are the leading force of socialism modernization movement, becomes increasingly imperative and more important in the present world in which social historical conditions have changed and is changing tremendously. The modernization of proletarian political parties is a problem of all bearings, its main contents and links include: the organizing composition of the parties is changing and expanding; the guiding thought of the parties is changing and developing; the organizing principles and systems of the parties are consistently developing and perfecting; the leading pattern and the general plan of managing state affairs of ruling parties are changing and developing; and so on. We have reasons to predict that, whether the future international communism movement will revive and arrive to another summit from the all time low struggling state in great extent depends on the modernization of proletarian political parties themselves.
