| 摘 要： | 我国实施工程量清单计价后,对工程造价从业人员提出了更高的要求,既要求从业人员掌握定额编制原理,具有较高的造价确定、控制能力,又要能够熟练地运用投招标技巧和对项目风险具有识别与控制能力。高职工程造价人才培养应满足社会对该专业类型人才能力的要求。

| Abstract: | After the execution of the sheet of order calculation,higher requirement has been put forward to project calculation employees.Employees are required to master the principle of quota compilation,equipped with strong ability in the definition and control of calculation.They are also expected to be able to apply the technique of tender and invitation to tender,and to have the ability in controlling the project risks.The cultivation of vocational calculation employees should meet the demand of the society. |
