摘    要:给出一种新型的S波段大功率长脉冲速调管的设计、工艺和测试结果。该管在HL-1M托卡马克装置上成功地用于核聚变的低杂波电流驱动(LHCD)实验。

Abstract:The design,technology, and test results of a new type S-hand high power long pulse klystron,both for RF plasma heating itself,and for the current drive experiments are described. The cavity frequencies,drift longths,and output gap impedance are optimized with the aid of an one-dimensional,timestepping disk model computer program.The klystron is developed after overcoming several technical difficulties,and it reaches high power,high efficiency and high gain performances under long pulse operation.The tube as high power microwave source is used successfully in the lower hybrid frequency current drive experiments of nuclear fusion research in Tokamak HL-IM.
