| 摘 要： | 林业合作社在化解林农经营风险和市场风险、促进林业规模经营方面起到了非常重要的作用。集体林权制度改革之后进行的林业合作社研究具有重大的理论和现实意义。以对福建省永安市25家林业合作社的深入调研为基础，对林业合作社的发展现状及特点进行了深入的思考，对目前林业合作社存在的问题进行了系统的剖析，并提出了关于规范和发展林业合作社的几点思考。

| Abstract: | Travel Cost Method (TCM), one of the most popular methods in evaluating recreation value, is widely applied in the evaluation of tourist destination, especially for tourism resources. As an important basis for decision-making, the evaluation results of TCM greatly improve the effectiveness of policies. According to the theories and basic models of TCM, this paper summarizes the application scope of TCM in China and abroad, discusses the progress, problems and improvement of TCM in China, and puts forward the prospect of TCM in recreation value evaluation in China. |
