| Abstract: | According to the theory of “three representings” by Jiang Ze min, to strengthen the official ranks, four aspects should be paid close attention to: theoretical attainments, strategic thinking, practical temper and party spirit accomplishment. Secondly, the reform of official system should be carried out greatly to create good surroundings for personnel and the system for choosing personnel that is vigorous and lively. |
