| 摘 要： | 青年失业问题是世界性难题,时刻威胁着世界各国社会经济的可持续发展。在描述国际青年失业的基本概况基础上,分析了国际青年失业的主要原因,阐述了青年失业造成的危害。最后,通过对丹麦、荷兰、德国、挪威和瑞典五个青年失业率较低的国家实行的有效促进青年就业的政策措施进行分析,总结出能够有效地促进中国青年就业的政策性启示。
