| 摘 要： | 大学有其特殊的社会职能，不同于企业和政府机关，因此大学应该有自己独特的组织结构。文章在对大学的有机组织进行分析的基础上，分析了现有一些组织结构的缺点，并设计了更适合大学的网络化层级组织。与其他组织结构相比，大学网络化层级组织结构有着实现组织结构垂直与水平交叉、扩展职能部门的功能，赋予了自我管理、共享管理和动态管理的思想；并且有效地利用了大学中的非正式组织。 |
