论道德资源配置与和谐社会建构

加强公民道德建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的内在要求。道德是一种重要的社会资源,是建构社会主义和谐社会不可或缺的要素之一。树立道德资源意识,合理配置道德资源,是提高公民道德建设效果的关键。道德资源配置的方式主要有两种:(1)道德主体的自主配置方式;(2)道德主体的受动配置方式。两种方式相辅相成,共同为和谐社会造就具有良好思想道德素质的公民。
