| 摘 要： | 英国的城乡规划在规划体系、规划管理、城乡规划法规制度、城乡规划编制等方面的实践,对重庆推进城乡规划一体化的启示主要有:加强政府主导、形成一体的城乡规划管理体系、重视空间规划、注重乡村保护和发展、强化规划的实施保障。

| Abstract: | This paper first analyzes Britain's urban and rural planning practice in terms of planning system, planning management,planningregulations,and planning making.Then reference and enlightness for construction of Chongqing from the above analysis are summarized as the follow:to strengthen the government domination,to establish the planning management system,to pay attention to space planning and rural protection and development,and to enforce the implementation of the plan. |
