| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年，引发中国人口的大规模流动。庞大的流动人口的产生和存在，不仅成为最活跃的生产要素推动了中国经济的高速发展，而且还引发了更为深刻的社会变迁，劳动力的行业和职业构成、人口的城乡分布、社会的阶层结构、人们的生活方式和价值观念等都随之发生了巨大的变化。
