| 摘 要： | 通过文献检索和实证分析对我国农村社区管理现状进行了研究.发现目前我国农村社区管理存在思想观念和管理理念落后、管理体制滞后、机制不科学、服务体系不健全等同题,制约了农村社区的建设与发展.提出实施网络治理,构建有利于农村社区发展的组织结构和运行方式,建立科学的管理体制与运作机制,对农村社区建设与发展具有极大的推动作用.
