旅游用地发展特征探讨

随着我国旅游业的持续发展，旅游设施建设和土地开发活动也达到高潮。旅游业的发展不仅发挥了土地的基本生产功能，还有效地延伸了土地的资源功能。但是由于目前旅游用地概念的内涵和外延不明确，导致旅游用地规划与土地利用总体规划、城市总体规划的冲突。本文界定旅游用地的概念，探讨旅游用地的特征。

Discussion of the Characteristics of Tourism Area＇s Development

Along with the sustainable development of tourism, the corresponding construction of tourism facilities and land cultivation have reached a peak. The development of tourism not only exerts the basic production function of land, but extends resources the function of land effectively. How - ever, the connotation and extension of tourism area＇s concept is not clear, and thus the development of tourism is restrained basically. This paper mainly defines the concept of tourism area, and explores the characteristics of tourism area based on the clear conception.
