| 摘 要： | 生源质量的好坏直接影响着高校教学质量和办学水平的高低 ,也影响着毕业生就业的竞争力。由于扩招 ,高校生源竞争日趋激烈 ,如何改变农业大学在这场竞争中的“弱势”地位是一个值得思考且意义重大的问题。提高培养质量、优化教育资源、加大招生宣传力度、开拓国际教育市场等是确保与提高生源质量的有效做法。

| Abstract: | The university teaching quality and academic effectiveness and competitiveness of graduates for employment are directly related to the quality of candidates. Due to the expanding enrolment scale, the competition between universities is becoming keener and keener. How to change the disadvantageous position of agricultural university in the competition deserves our profound consideration. Drawing on the experience and practices of some universities, such as Nanjing Agricultural University, the author offered some countermeasures: making enrollment plan, rearranging educational resources, promoting advertisement, opening up the international educational market, etc. |
