| 摘 要： | 我国当前非国有经济发展及其金融供给状况不容乐观。金融制度垄断与经济市场化发展的不平衡、非国有经济发展中的内在矛盾,使得非国有经济处于金融困境。因此,只有制定与之相适应的行之有效的对策,才能解决中小企业融资的困境。

| Abstract: | There are some serious financial problems in the development of non-state-owned enterprises. The financial difficulties of non-state-owned enterprises are caused by the following factors: the disequilibrium between financial monopoly and economic development as well as the internal contradictions in the development of non-state-owned enterprises. Therefore, effective measures should be taken to solve the financial problems of the medium-sized and small non-state-owned enterprises. |
