| 摘 要： | 以人为本的高校德育新理念,不仅是时代的要求,高等教育发展的要求,更是德育自身发展的必须.实施以人为本的高校德育新理念,要在理论层面上有所突破,在方法手段上有所创新,要做到教育、管理、服务相结合,坚持"两个课堂"并举,进一步完善高校德育途径和渠道.

| Abstract: | People-oriented moral education is not only necessary to the time, to the higher education development, but also essential to the development of moral education. To put the people-oriented moral education of higher education into practice, we must have breakthrough on the theories level, have creation on the means, combine the education, management, and service together, insist the" two classrooms" to perfect the approach and method of higher education. |
