紫彩血蛤外套膜的组织学和组织化学研究

运用组织学和组织化学方法对紫彩血蛤的外套膜进行了研究．结果表明，紫彩血蛤外套膜的边缘膜横切面呈三角形，除了腹缘的三个突起外，边缘膜内侧又形成了一个大的隆起．边缘膜内有三条粗大的环走肌，在靠近外套痕处有一粗两细的纵肌束；多数细胞的核中有细小而分散的Ｆｅｕｌｇｅｎ阳性颗粒；内、外表皮及腺细胞内有丰富的ＲＮＡ颗粒；外表皮细胞、肌细胞及角质膜呈强的ＰＡＳ阳性；吞噬细胞呈极强的ＡＮＡＥ阳性；ＡＣＰ，ＡＫＰ和ＭＰＯＤ在表皮细胞中呈较强的阳性

Histological and histochemical studies on the mantle of Nuttallia olivacea

The mantle of Nuttallia olivacea wa s studied with the methods of histo logy and histochemistry.The transverse section of mantle margin is tria ngular in shape and the inner side of mantle margin has a big fold,besides t hree small fo lds on abdominal margin.Mantle margin has three thick pallial retractor muscle.T here are one thick and two thin vertical muscle fibres close to pall ial line.Mos t nuclei have small and scattered Feulgen positive granules.There are rich RNA g ranules on the inside of secretory cells,inner and outer epithelial cel ls.Outer e pithelial cells,muscle fibres and periostracum present strong PAS positivity.Amo ebocyte s present very strong ANAE positivity.ACP,AKP and MPOD are strong positive in epithelial cells.
