| 摘 要： | Privacy被国内学界通译为隐私,这是对异质文化的误读、制度背景的曲解。《世界人权宣言》官方文本上私生活的表述提供了质疑隐私说的基础。英语、法语、意大利语和德语上对应词汇的语意和法律体系中的权利定位的考察印证了私生活说的合理性。笔者建议使用私生活作为Privacy的对应概念。
