| 摘 要： | 为解决长拳教学过程中学生被动学习的方式,打破传统教学模式,提高长拳教学质量,文章根据一般运动技能形成的规律,结合长拳运动的专项特点,对长拳运动的智力技能进行了实验研究,从而找到长拳运动教学的合理途径.
