| Abstract: | There are many problems about criterion,price,gamble and risk in the realty in China,which are accumulated gradually in the long-term development process.Taking macroscopic regulation and control step,not only consider possess effect,but avoid graveness concussion for correlation industry.In 2007,the price trend of the realty is decided by that the government adjust the performance dynamics with the relevant policy of real estate marketplace understanding completely. |
