| 摘 要： | 股份合作制作为具有中国特色的企业改制形式,已日益成为人们普遍关注的新热点.然而,随着实践的不断深入,其内在的不可克服的矛盾逐渐显露出来,并成为这一部分企业发展的障碍.这表明,股份合作制不是一种规范的企业形式,其出路在于一部分产业基础好、资本有机构成高、具一定规模的资本密集型的股份合作制企业将演变为股份制企业,而相当一部分规模小、资本有机构成低的劳动密集型股份合作制企业将恢复其真实形式--由私人产权联合为主的合伙企业.

| Abstract: | Share holding cooperative system isn't a kind of standard form of enterprise. Those large scaled, capital intensive share holding cooperative enterprises, which have solid industried foundation and high capital organic constitution should evolve into share holding enterprises, while those small scaled, labour intensive ones with low captial organic constitution should be restored to their real form-partnerships mainly combined by private ownerships. |
