试论信息技术条件下的国家文化安全

随着全球化和信息化进程的加快,西方国家利用网络信息技术的优势,极力输出西方的价值观念和意识形态,对其他国家特别是发展中国家推行文化霸权主义,严重威胁着发展中国家的文化安全。本文论述了西方文化霸权的表现形式,并提出了构筑国家文化安全战略和保护民族语言文字、加强文化制度建设、发展文化产业、提升民族文化创新能力等维护国家文化安全的应对之策。

A commentary on the national culture security under the information technology

With the globalization and information speeding up,the western nations export their concept of valua and the ideology to other countries,especially to the developing countries.They carry out the cultural hegemonism by means of the superiority of their network information technology which seriously threatens the cultural security of the developing countries.This article elaborates the ways of the western culture hegemony,and suggests the strategies of protecting our national culture security,protecting our national language,strengthening the cultural system construction and developing culture industry.
