| 摘 要： | 在对华中地区中小企业抽样调查的基础上,检验了一个有关制度环境与中小企业行为选择的理论假说--转轨过程中正式制度的不完善导致中小企业行为的适应性调整通过合作型行为克服较高的交易成本,寻求生存与发展.统计分析和相关计量模型的结果进一步支持了本文的观点,在转型经济中公司的行为适应于某种特定的外部环境.

| Abstract: | The paper tests a theoretical hypothesis on institution and SME (small and medium enterprise) behavior on the basis of SME investigation in Huazhong region. In the process of transition, the inadequate formal institution leads SMEs to their adaptive adjustment. Facing high transaction cost, they seek for "guanxi" behaviors to survive. The statistical analysis and correlation model support the above viewpoint, that is, the behaviour of firms in transitional economies is viewed as a form of adaptation to the specific external environmental conditions. |
