| Abstract: | The evolution of outlook of modern world development shows the significant contribution of scientific outlook of development in theory development.The manifestations of scientific outlook of development on the level of state reveal the practical innovations in China's modern socialism construction.This paper proposes six aspects in university development to which scientific outlook of development can be applied. |
