摘    要:知识经济时代需要创新人才,高校内部管理工作在创新人才培养中具有重要作用。计划经济条件下形成的学校内部管理模式,不利于学生创新精神和创新能力的培养。面对市场经济和21世纪知识经济的挑战,解放思想,转变观念,是学校管理者面临的一项重要课题。

Abstract:Knowledge economy requires creative personnels. The inner administrative mechanism in colleges and universities plaps an important role in fostering creative personnels. The administrative mede formed in the old econowic environnent is no longer suitable for cultivating the students' innovative spirit and originality. Confronted with the challenge of knowledge economy in the 21st century, it's a major subject for school administords to liberate the mind and change the old concept.
