教师公正教育价值的现代思考

摘    要:教师公正是“以人为本”教育的内在要求 ,有着特定的现代蕴涵 ,在师生关系中主要体现为平等性、适度性、开放性。教师公正有着特殊的教育价值 ,是促进师生关系健康发展和学生生命健康成长的最基本德性 ,是学生认识与追求人类社会公正的桥梁 ,是学生对社会拥有希望的重要保障 ,也是学生接受教育的必要条件。教师公正的实现受着主客观两方面条件的制约。从主观因素看 ,教师应具备多方面的现代素质 ,并充分认识和理解学生个体生命的独特性 ,尊重学生生命成长的规律 ,掌握调控情绪与延迟处理的基本技巧。

Abstract:Teachers' justice is an inner requirement of "student oriented education", with its specific significance at the modern time. The teacher student relationship is established mainly on equality, appropriateness and openness. Teachers' justice has special values in education because it is the basic morality for teacher student relations and the healthy growth of students' life, the bridge for students to learn and to pursue social justice, the major protection for students to have hopes in our society, and the indispensable condition for students to accept education. Teachers' justice is determined by objective and subjective conditions. A teacher should be equipped with a variety of qualities, show his understanding toward his students and grasp basic skills in dealing with problems.
