教师公正教育价值的现代思考

教师公正是“以人为本”教育的内在要求 ,有着特定的现代蕴涵 ,在师生关系中主要体现为平等性、适度性、开放性。教师公正有着特殊的教育价值 ,是促进师生关系健康发展和学生生命健康成长的最基本德性 ,是学生认识与追求人类社会公正的桥梁 ,是学生对社会拥有希望的重要保障 ,也是学生接受教育的必要条件。教师公正的实现受着主客观两方面条件的制约。从主观因素看 ,教师应具备多方面的现代素质 ,并充分认识和理解学生个体生命的独特性 ,尊重学生生命成长的规律 ,掌握调控情绪与延迟处理的基本技巧。

Teachers' justice and its value in education: a modern survey
