| 摘 要： | 面对20世纪90年代中期以来中国出现的经济过剩问题,各界人士见仁见智,但至今仍未对经济过剩根源做出一个科学的、辩证的、合理的、令人满意的解释,且实践效果也并不理想.中国目前经济过剩运行的真正根源是我国"市场主体有效需求不足-市场客体有效供给不足-市场载体有效发育不足"相互影响、相互制约、共同作用所构成的一个低质态的、低效率的"三位一体"市场运转体系.

| Abstract: | Since the midest of 1990's,there are all kinds of ideas on the economic excess in theory,practice and government,but there is no scientifi c and reasonable explanation up to the reality.This article poses that the real reason is a market system of low quality and efficiency which makes the market subject's demand scarity,the market object's supply scarcity,and t he market environment's development inadegacy. |
