| 摘 要： | 婚姻法的修改引起了社会的广泛关注 ,妇女在婚姻家庭中的权益容易受到侵害。此次婚姻法的修改从人身权利和财产权利两方面都有所侧重地增加了新的内容 ,从而加强了对妇女相关权益的保护。
