| 摘 要： | 目前世界范围内中小企业的发展明显呈现出集群趋势。我国西部地区经济发展存在的一个突出的问题,就是作为经济发展基础性力量的中小企业发展明显不足。企业集群是西部地区迅速提升区域经济综合竞争力的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,it is obvious to show that there is a tendency for mid - small enterprises to become cluster.The glaring problem for the economy development in Western China is that the development of mid - small enterprises as the basic force of economy is quite weak.Mid - small enterprises being the im- portant motive power,becoming the cluster is the key way to promote the area economy competitiveness rapidly in Western China. |
