| 摘 要： | 提升农民创业能力、加快农村创业进程是促进现代农业发展、农村经济增长和落实中共十七大报告所提出的扩大就业发展战略的重要途径.本文针对中国当前农村创业所面临的许多障碍和问题,提出了提高农民创业能力的系列措施和建议,以期推动新农村建设的快速发展.
