| 摘 要： | 主要从两个方面深入分析河北省的工业部门的就业潜力:从工业部门结构偏离度的变化趋势和国际进行比较,河北工业部门的就业潜力有一定大,服务业的就业潜力很大;利用灰色关联理论分析各个产业对就业的影响程度,表明目前河北工业部门对就业的影响是最大的,其次是第三产业。

| Abstract: | This essay analyzes the employment potentials in industry section from two aspects:form the industry department's structure departure degree and the results of international comparision,Hebei's employment potentials of industry section is large,the employment potential of service section is very large;also from gray conjunction theory viewpoint,we analyze the effect of every industry on employment.It indicates that the effect of industry on employment is largest,followed is the third industry. |
