| 摘 要： | 针对“看病贵”这个热点问题,分析药品降价、药品集中招标采购、总额控制、单病种付费、医疗服务价格调整等政策与措施对解决“看病贵”问题的实施效果。结合当前医改,提出解决“看病贵”的几点建议。

| Abstract: | Based on statistics,the authors probe into the hot issue of "high expenses of seeking medical service".Policies and measures introduced to solve this problem include price reduction for medicines,drug bidding & purchasing system,expenditure control system,DRGs system,and price adjustment in the medical care system.This paper analyzes and evaluates the effect policies and measures concerned have produced on the solution of this specific problem.Based on the analysis of the existing reform of medical insurance system,some suggestions have been advanced. |
