新生代农民工城市融入的现状、困境与对策——以大连市为例

以往关于农民工融入城市的研究体现出个体主义与整体主义的割裂,或关注个体行动者的个人资源、理性选择和积极行动,或强调制度安排等宏观因素的结构性制约,导致割裂的根源在于这些研究在基本的理论层面上没有搞清个人与社会的关系。以大连市为例,从社会学的基本问题—社会和个人的关系问题出发,对新生代农民工城市融入问题进行研究,既分析制约新生代农民工融入的制度因素,也研究制度制约情况下新生代农民工个体的行为选择。对新生代农民工而言,社会结构性因素一定程度上影响其城市融入状况,同样社会结构也随其城市融入行为的发展而变化。新生代农民工城市融入行为是能动的主体和社会制度二者互构的结果。

The current situation, dilemma and countermeasures of cenozoic migrant workers blending into cities--Taking Dalian city as an example

The former relevant researches can not integrate individualism and holism of binary fracture. Some focused on personal resources, rational choice and positive actions of individual actors, while others focused on institutional arrangements, macroscopically factors of structural constraints. The root of fragmentation lies in that these researches did not make clear the relationships between individuals and society. In this paper, according to the fundamental question of sociology, that is the relation between the individual and the society, it analyzes the process of cenozoic migrant workers blending into cities, taking Dalian city as an example. It not only studies the institution factors which restrict the cenozoic migrant workers blending into cities, but also analyzes the individual behavior choices of cenozoic migrant workers under the constraints of institution. As for the migrant workers, the social structural factors, to some extent, affect their blending into cities and the social structures also change with the development of behavior of blending into cities. Cenozoic migrant workers behavior of blending into cities is the result of mutual construction between dynamic subjects and social systems.
