| 摘 要： | 从专利申请与经济实力的关系分析入手,旨在通过剖析我国企业专利申请存在的问题和成因,揭示我国企业专利申请现状并提出解决对策。文章采用逻辑论证和实证分析的方法展开论证,认为我国企业专利申请的改进,应从企业改革、专利管理、制度建设、专利实施、国家宏观政策等方面着手进行。
