简论当代大学生健全人格的培养

人格作为个体与社会互动过程中因个人特质而表现出来的思想倾向和行为风格,反映着个体的社会化性质和水平,决定着个体的人生轨迹,并在一定程度上影响着社会的发展.培养当代大学生的健全人格,是促进人的全面发展和社会全面进步的必然要求.我们应当认清当前大学生存在的一些人格缺陷,把握健全人格应具备的基本特征,通过加强认知实践,强化自我意识,增强责任意识,加强校园文化建设等途径,逐步完善和健全当代大学生的人格.

Personality, varying due to the individual particularity, is trend in ideology and style in conduct resulting from the interactivity between the individuals and the society. It reflects the socialized qualities and levels, determines the individuals' development in their whole life, and, to some extent, has effects on the social development. Therefore, cultivating the perfect personality of the contemporary college students becomes the necessity to accelerate the all-round development of the individuals and the all-round advancement of the society. We should deal with the defects existing in the personality of the contemporary college students with a clear mind, know about the fundamental features of the perfect personality and consummate the personality of the college students gradually by having more ideological practice, strengthening the sense of responsibilities and self-awareness and advancing the cultural construction on the campus etc.
