| 摘 要： | 近年来,传统的预制板逐渐被现浇板所取代,由于使用了现浇楼板,房屋的整体性、抗不均匀沉降性和结构安全性均有很大提高,但也伴随产生了一些楼板裂缝的情况。这类现浇板裂缝既影响美观,又容易使住户产生心理上的不安,而且裂缝不仅会影响抗渗效果,也易造成水分侵蚀钢筋,影响使用耐久性。我们应该抓住主要矛盾,从设计、材料、施工三大方面提出改进和防治措施,总结工程实践中的经验和教训,以及裂缝的防治处理,以施工为主、兼顾设计和材料原因来分析楼板裂缝产生的原因及综合性防治措施。
