摘    要:回归学术特性:学术职衔的本质涵义在于"学术"特性。学术职衔的目的只有一个:全面选拔和培育学术人才,促进学术文明的进步和发展。回归学术精神:整体上看学术职衔是一个多元素的复杂系统,应切入和容纳"宽容"、"团队"、"尽责"、"碰撞"四大学术元素和学术精神。回归学术发展轨道:学术职衔运作中的"去国家化"和"非学术化倾向"对学术发展有害无益。回归学术经济价值:学术职衔与工资脱钩的非合理性在于无视和抹杀了一个基本国民应得的经济权利。回归"最高学术荣誉"本义:院士这一级作为最高学术职衔应予改革,院士应实职化、年轻化、流水化,建议增加"学术大师"这一荣誉性的终身的国家级最高学术职衔。

On Academic Titles Being Returned to Academic Starting Points
Abstract:We should go back to the quality of learning.The essence of academic titles lie in the feature of learning,and the reason for academic titles is none other than the all-round selection and training of talents,and contributing to the progress and development of academic civilization.We should return to the academic spirit.On the whole,the academic titles are a system of multiple elements,into which the four academic elements and spirits should be instilled and adopted:forbearance,teamwork spirit,conscientiousness and clash.We should return to the development track of learning.The tendency of denationalization and non-learning in the process of the operation of academic titles are harmful to the learning development.We should return to the economic value of learning.The unreasonableness of the fact that academic titles are not related to salary neglects and obliterates the economic rights of the basic citizens.We should return to the original meaning of "the highest academic honor." Academician,as the highest academic title,should be reformed.Academicians should be truly responsible,young and streamlined.It is suggested that the honor title of "master of learning" be added,the highest national life long academic title.
