| Abstract: | The theory of Petrazychi's psychological law has its specific historical backgrounds and theoretical origins, whose main viewpoints are law methodology, legal concepts and their categorization, law and justice and morality, the functions and development of law, etc. Petrazychi's definition that law is a legal impulse with the character of compulsion and belonging fails to reveal the nature of law. However, his theory can at any time become a starting point from which later generations perform meritorious deeds in the study of law. |
